Not to err

Hi friends, hope all of you are doing well. Today I came across a common saying 'To err is Human.'

It is true, humans make mistakes, repeat them, learn from them. But make some other mistake the next time.
There should have been a modification to this saying, 'Others make mistakes, I don't. But I pay for their mistakes'.
Don't you think this is right.
The basic fact here is that we need to accept our mistakes. If to err is Human then being a human you can too make a mistake. Or else you are not a human.
Our ego comes in between the path of acceptance.
To form that ego you need to have some existensial capabilities. So when you are capable of some work, then how is it possible that whatever you do is right.
What is right for you may be wrong for another person.
Let us take an example, a theif steals for his survival. He is involved in an unlawful act according to the society, but according to him he is right. He is earning to fulfill his needs. If we say he is wrong, then we need to give him an opportunity to correct himself, offer him an earning opportunity where he earns more and with respect without the fear of being caught.
Only when he is given this option will he consider that there are better ways available. So, indirectly he is accepting his mistake.
Instead of only punishing him for his crime by putting him in jail, we should help him earn in a lawful way, showing him the other side of the coin without showing him his half of coin is spoilt.
So before we blame another person for any difficulties, we need to sit calmly, analyse the situation , think of how it can be sorted, THINK OF OUR CONTRIBUTION TO IT.
