Acknowledge urself

Hi friends, today's thought is unique. I was wondering why I had never thought of this till now. Self introspection has been my method of self motivation, but how did I never come across this thought before.

 Before you get bored and move on, I think I will come to the point. As an artist I always wait to get some appreciation for my work  each time I create something new. But today I realized that not only an artist, each human being craves for appreciation, be they a five year old or an old grandma.

What we actually want more than appreciation is acknowledgement. For everyone known to us to accept that we exist, that we matter, that we r a part of this society. 

What we don't realise is that when we seek appreciation or compete with others for attention we actually acknowledge ourselves, our talent and capacity.

So we should compete more, because the more we compete with others the more we will acknowledge ourselves. 

I am not meaning for everyone to be selfish and only put ourselves before everyone, but,care for others, give more, be a good person and improve your nature, to acknowledge that u matter to this society. 

If each person thinks like this,the world will soon be a better place to live in.
